Agra sex video case: Girl registers an FIR against boy and his friend

Agra sex video leaked case took a new turn as the girl came in front of police and blamed boy, responsible for all while they allegedly made porn video clips with their mutual consent. Both, the girl and boy, in their twenties, are belong to Muslim communities.

An FIR was registered by the girl on Tuesday, in sex video viral case, against two after taking initiation by the locals as they earlier complained at police station against the boy and his friends.

It may be mentioned here that last week, a ‘Panchayat’ in Katra Neel in Nai ki Mandi locality banished their families and ordered them to leave the area as sex video clips of girl and boy belongs to these families, went viral on whatsapp and other social networking platforms including porn and xxx sites and youtube and even CDs of sex videos were also made, which were being sold out in market.

The Panchayat, held on last Sunday, gave the families time limit of 10 days to leave the locality for giving bad name to the Muslim community while the families plead to give them forgiveness but the panchayat members rejected their request and issued order for banishing them.

Over the issue, a Kari Mubarak Husain said, “The girl had crossed all her limits and the boy had sinned and as per ‘shriyat’ boy should be punished for whips but it is democratic country not Islamic, so the decision should be taken by the judiciary systems as per Indian Constitution. Besides the ‘panchyat’ has no right to ostracise anyone from the locality.”

A Cyber expert said, “There was no offence if the boy and girl had uploaded the video with mutual consent but there would only be an offence under the IT Act if someone files a complaint.”

Circle Officer (CO), Kotwali Manisha Singh informed, “The girl approached her on Tuesday and over her statement, police lodged an FIR against two including culprit Shahzan alias Pappu and his friend Imran alias Raju for involving in viral the sex videos.”

“The FIR was lodged under section 292 and 293 of IPC Act and section 67 of IT Act but the probe is underway to know the exact facts and we are also looking for boy and his friend.”
